GTI has been very successful in working with local municipalities. We come in with competitive yet realistic pricing. We are experienced in acquiring traffic control permits and set-up for traffic lane closures, often required for major streetscape maintenance sites. Our parks maintenance division has specialized to meet the needs of unique uses in municipal parks, including an array of specialized landscape tasks such as beaver debris removal; graffiti removal; pond maintenance (including cattail removal, requiring the staff to wear full waders to stay dry); and extensive desert cleanup. We schedule our crews around park high usage windows and scheduled activities communicated to GTI via our client contact manager. As the landscape provider for the majority of the RTC transit sites, our crews must work around the parked vehicles, bus clearance, 24-hour access and on-going vehicular damage in the tree and shrub planters. We offer detailed monthly, bi-monthly, semi-annual and annual reports, including photos, of all operations completed as well as plant inventories.
Our commercial landscaping maintenance crews meet the challenges of day-to-day operations in a thriving metropolitan area, including high traffic (both vehicular and pedestrian) and complex hours of operation, such as the requirements of managing local water parks. Our crews make every effort to provide our services while being the least disruptive to daily operations – not an easy task, and often requiring switching back and forth between tasks in overlap with other park operations. At the end of the service day, the site is left clean and ready for service.
